Still no response

I wrote my 2nd review about Discovery Bank last weak Friday. On Saturday someone named, Girshin, rep**** to say he has forwarded the review to collections to have this matter resolved as soon as possible,, Hello Hello. Today 8 June 2021, has collections contacted me NO. I have run out of options to have this sorted out. and to get Discovery bank to sort this out.
