They phone you to ask you if they can check if you qualify for credit then you say you not interested in a credit card then they say they understand ask you for your details just to check but in the mean time they open a bank card and a credit card that you never wanted that builds interest and you try to explain you never used it or want but they don’t care they just keep billing you 400 per month but you never evens got credit make that make sense so now I’m stuck with huge bill and they not even willing to reduce the amount so I can pay it ima urge my HR to change from discovery to a other medical aid for the whole company luckily my wife handles that we don’t trust them anymore
