*****ing other people’s money

Discovery Bank - absolutely PATHETIC service or should I say NO service at all. Transferred my own money from Nedbank to my Discovery card on 4th March 2022 for an urgent payment I needed to make. The money IS STILL NOT IN MY CREDIT CARD and it is the 16th March 2022 today. Logged so many calls, escalations and spoke to manager on duty yesterday, AJ, who personally promised to call me back with resolution yesterday and surprise, surprise haven’t heard back from them. Give me MY money - bunch of *******
