Stay Far Away from discovery!

Absolutely horrible service! If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would have done that without hesitation. Made a payment for a product, got POP and funds left my account. Got my product, now seller has realised funds haven’t reflected in his account.

Tried contacting discovery, absolutely shocking service. I can’t get into my app because I’m not getting OTP’s. I can’t start a chat, cause I can’t get into my app. Surely things cannot be this hard to do correctly.

I gave early notice to my notice savings, initially I was told funds would be available within an hour, then another consultant told me 24-48hrs, another one 8hrs, instagram support says 8 working hours. So which one is it? Also, is it that difficult for everyone to know what applies in what situation?

I regret even keeping my money here, because it’s the hardest thing to get my OWN money. Stay far away!
