STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY BANK

Unfortunately writing this in hope of getting a response from Discovery Bank. As a New User to an On Line Only Banking Oganisation, I was initially impressed by the facility & services. For some unknown reason, however, I have been blocked out of my own account! I have logged numerous call with them, taken reference numbers, to no avail! No one gets back to me; if you manage to circumvent their AI interface & actually get hold of someone in support, you only get empty promises! I caution anyone from being lured in by the Great marketing! At least I can still go into my Bank Branch to resolve issues that cannot be done over the phone! With Discovery Bank, they just ignore you1 Fortunately this is not my Primary Bank account!
