Absolute joke..... I wanted to use my Discovery miles then I was told to open a discovery bank account which against my better judgement did. I repeatedly asked the advisor if they are 100% sure that by opening this specific account I could use my miles, well guess what YOU CANT!! I have tried the pathetic what's app communication with no luck - who wants to speak to a robot - there are so many people looking for jobs that could probably do a better job than getting the same answer which has nothing to do with your query. I earned the miles I want to spend them, WHY DO DISCOVERY MAKE IT SO HARD. I tried to ask for info to cancel 9 products I have with Discovery but still no answer - I would rather move my business to a place that is actually willing to help a person instead of blatantly ignoring you

You can use your Discovery Miles to pay for purchases when you shop online at one of our partner stores. Simply choose Discovery Miles as the payment method when you check out and you’ll be prompted to log in with your Discovery Digital ID to access your Discovery Miles. You can exchange your Discovery Miles for cash, which is paid straight into one of your Discovery Bank accounts. The conversion rate for exchanging your Discovery Miles for cash is R1 for every 12 Discovery Miles.

You can use your Discovery Miles to pay for in-store purchases at select partners by using the Discovery Bank app. If you want to use your Discovery Miles in store, then:

Log in to the Discovery Bank app
Choose your Discovery Miles account
Tap on Pay and then on Pay in store
Add the amount you want to spend
And then tap Generate QR code.

Now simply show the QR code to the cashier to pay with your Discovery Miles.
