STAY AWAY - Absolutely ******* and service is worst in the world

I requested my bank account to be closed which was not done then they tell me I have to pay the 1 months outstanding arrears even though the bank account should of been closed for those 1 months and it will take 8 days to close which will fall on the new month so there are going to be new charges. Also lost all my discovery miles and the lady didn't care at all. Stay away they are ******* and useless. WORST BANK EVER
