Statements taking FOREVER to be sent

The service we are getting is seriously very sad!! We've been trying to get assistance with statements for a late estate account and we have been waiting for 2 months for them to be emailed. This is ridiculous and heartbreaking. Spending money to go ask for progress and coming back empty handed is draining!
