Stamp to confirm i don't have an account

I Honestly do not know what to do anymore. I submitted documents to discovery bank on 29.01.2024 in order for them to confirm that I do not have an account with them so that i can submit my documents to school. this is the ONLY bank that i have not received my stamp from. today marks the 7th day - a full week - of submission with NO help or service. i have phoned 5 times every single day just to get the same response... they have received my documentation and it will be attended to. submission for documents to the school has a cut off date and this bank is not helping or doing their job at at all. Your customer service is absolutely shocking. I NEED THIS DOCUMENTS TODAY!!!
