Spent more than 6k in a month but no complimentary lounge access
I am a Discovery black credit card client,I spent more than 6k last month and have not received any complimentary lounge access at the Discovery lounge,so what am I paying for and I settle my outstanding balance within a month,what a ******* from Discovery Bank,be aware of these ****mers!

Please note that you are allocated 2 domestic lounge access a year, guest visits will be deducted from your annual allocation, except for children 12 years or under.
You have used both your allocations on 10 May 2024.
