Discovery Bank is vomiting emails about how my bank account is waiting into my inbox. They lie in the emails about there being some tailored bank account. Even though I already have an account. I just can't log into the mobile app without opening a new one, apparently.

25 Nov 2024, 12:05Considering the pain I just went through in getting a new card because of a *****ulent transaction (and an investigation I can't follow up on because discovery sees to it that contact is not possible except through sites like Hello Peter. They even have people tell blatant lies of media like X. Which is quite fitting for X, I suppose), I'd far sooner close the account than deal with further gross incompetence from discovery that would plague my life when trying to get yet another new card

11 Dec 2024, 18:48They tried on an invalid number. Because of the *********** software engineers at Discovery I can't correct the phone number that they decided to mangle.
Whoever told you that an email has been sent **** to you. No one has sent me emails about the case except to say that they keep trying a phone number they know is invalid.
Regarding the "call us" advice, Discovery Bank knows very well that phone numbers are useless to anyone who is not rich in both time and money.
