Sold the world and recieved nothing i was promised.
I am honestly disappointed with Discovery Bank, i have recently moved over upon receiving a call from a sales agent ,who promised me the world....literally! i was told, i would get a credit card and the full banking suite and promised all the loyalty benefits only to find i recieved the lowest banking suite with NO BENEFITS! and paying R250 banking fees. I am honestly very annoyed to the point where we can just cancel this account.
Furthermore, you guys celebrated your milestone not too long ago but how many of those new customers are actually happy?

i have done the suggested, however i have been declined and does not give me a option to challenge the decision. I have expenses that do not reflect on my statement, furthermore the revolving credit option makes reference to me being on debt review? i have not been for almost 2 years now???
