So dissapointed

If you read all the bad reviews so far on the bank I have had most of them. It has been published that discovery rental on their new building is 23 million a month and 280 million a year with an escalation every year for 15 years so I am sure that could be one of the reasons why there service and rewards has dropped significantly and why they are making it so hard to get to Diamond this year. Honestly nobody gets back to me. I get different answers all the time depending who I speak to and the funniest part is they sell it as if its improvement but in fact all the rewards and benefits are dropping. It really would be nice if they could just go back to the old credit card, rewards system and stop trying to sell a inferior system as better than the previous system. I feel like I am being punished now, rather than being rewarded and with the new miles system not sure if their is any point as for every R1000 you spend you can buy a Chappi
