So Disappointed With Discovery Bank

Was refer to discovery by a friend. Did everything online and received my card the week before last. Last week when I tried using my card, was told my pin is incorrect. Logged into my app and took a selfie and for whatever reason my face apparently didn't match. Called discovery and was advised my account with be dealt with by the ***** team and up to today I have not received feedback. Tried looging into my app but still the app does not allow me. Clearly discovery has a target market and some of us don't meet the requirements (but they won't say). Because if this was someone else such an unacceptable issue would not take days to resolve with no communication made. I was better of with FNB. No more discovery for me. Complete waste of time!
