Slow service and unreliable

Good day,

I am very disappointed in the service that discovery bank has given me. For the past few days, I have been trying to process an early withdrawal from my notice savings account and everytime I call, the consultants say they will get back to me in a few hours but they never do! Im very frustrated. This is not on!
