SLOW RESPONSE FROM DISCOVERY BANK

I have contacted Discovery Bank three time for them to assist me with a document that needs to be stamped and returned to me.

Every consultant has NO idea how to assist me and gives me a reference with a promise of processing my request within 24hrs.

It has been 72hrs since my last call and a week since my first interaction.

This is pathetically slow and poor service.
