Slow App & Selfie Authorization
Love the benefits of my new account but I absolutely hate the app and its delayed initialization and constantly kicking me out. Having to log back into my account every single time i toggle between screens is frustrating and time wastining. Not to mention having to use that damned selfie authorization nonsense everytime i have to complete a transaction - look left, right and center; blink, open your mouth, jump and all kinds of nonsense just to use my own money. There should be an option to override it or switch it off at will by inputing one's mobile pin (like Capitec). I know its for safety reasons but the inconvenience and frustration far outways the risk in my opinion. Do better Discovery Bank!
