Sloppy service

I called twice and sent two emails to request a service over a period of one week, only to find out during the 3rd call that lasted 25 minutes that despite all of the above and two promises by staff to call me back, that the case has not even been logged with the relevant department. I was again promised that I will be called back, but I don't hold my breath.
