SITTING WITH MY MONEY AND REFUSING TO REFUND ME

On the 29 November 2018 I did a cash deposit into my account using my card, and what presented with a few account option on my fnb profile, I select credit card and I deposited the money in to that account. This is something I do often but this time I decided to put my cash into my credit card, rather than into cheque account. After the ATM accepted my money I did not request receipt because I was expecting and sms and email notifying me of the deposit. This happened in Umtata at BT Ngebs mall. Later I called the private client department to trace my cash deposit, and I was told that they can’t find the money. I went back to the branch to sign a ATM claim form and I was advised by the branch manager that they come back to me the very next day, as the atm only update overnight. The next day was Friday never got the call, until I sent an email to fnb, only then did th branch manager call me to advise that the money has been found and it was deposited into a credit which I closed a very long time ago, but he could tell which card it was. Later the day received call from fnb to inform the card was my closed discovery card. So why was my profile not cleaned up after the account was closed. Then I got a call from discovery to tell they have my money and that I must refill the account closure form include my banking details so that they can refund me, and I was told it will take about 5 days, today is over 8 days still waiting. Why did they request my banking details if they were not going to refund me directly. Yesterday I got another call from a discovery agent advising me that my money will refunded back to me in another 5 days. Why is discovery refusing to pay me back my money, and why is is fnb not solving this issue. These companies is siting with my money and they are refusing to give it back I really tired of being abused and taken advantage of. Now fnd is telling me that it will take another 3 days to get my money, who has my money, between these 2 companies.
