Simple to create an account.

Really straight forward opening an account with them. Took me like 20 minutes from start to finish and could use my account before the card arrived.

I wanted to open a second bank account as a backup in case I couldn't use my main one for any reason, I was able to do so without having to go into a branch and it was all taken care of over the phone. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because you still need to pay a monthly fee for a basic account which is understandable, but there are other banks that offer free accounts. Again, totally understandable.

Also great that you can open a transactional account without needing your salary to go into it list most banks require, so it works great as a backup.
