Simple bank statements

As an employee of a financial service sector I understand and value customer service

On Sunday my family and I went to eat out at a restaurant and they double debited my account long story short the restaurant agreed to refund me providing I give them a bank statement from that date too today Mind you should I say we can’t get that via the app we must call in and wait 72 hours ???? For a bank that’s completely digital not to have a feature to select your days. How pathetic ???

I was recently admitted into hospital and I need the funds to pay bill. Yet the advisors /banks are not helpful at all they all say I’ll escalate this escalate that. It’s terrible to see what my be happening to other people out there.

Discovery bank is very quick to send things when they need you to pay something But when we request a simple flippen bank statement which we pay for we must run to the end of the work.
