Sick and Tired

I have been calling the Bank every week for REF ***7, every time this ladies answer and suppose to update me on how far my case is. call get disconnected and no one calls you back. I want my money back into my account I am tired of calling every week for nothing. Can someone who knows what need to be done here to call me back urgently.

I make a EFT transfer to a wrong Beneficiary in my account, I called the following after making that mistake to have the money reverse back into my account. I was provided with a case number and being told that it might take 30 day for it to be resolved. So I have been calling to check how far we are with the case. But seems like no one has an update hence they keep on disconnecting the line.
