Shoddy service from Discovery Bank

I am trying to get a breakdown of how an amount which appears on my credit card statement for JULY 2020 is made up between my 2 credit cards. I have spoken to 4 different call center agents. I finally get what is called a reconciliation of all my transactions for a 2 month period listed in chronological order something I did not even ask for signed off by nobody from an email address which is not monitored.
