Shocking turnaround time - lack of service
MailRef#***#- I submitted a query on 20 May 2020 to the *** address, to which I received an auto response stating I could expect a response within two working days. Its now 10 working days and nothing - as a customer I should not have to chase after my provider.

05 Jun 2020, 18:18And again you get it wrong - I was not requesting a payment holiday or anything to do with Covid-19. I really am not impressed - calls don't get answered and when mails are sent they are not answered correctly.
