Shocking service - no feedback as promised
<p>I called on Monday 21/11 and spoke to Masego. Ref: ********** 736 </p> <p>I was promised feedback by herself by 'latest Thursday'. By Friday (today) I had heard nothing from her</p> <p>At 12:15 I called the call centre and spoke to Charlotte and explained this. I told her to look into this and revert urgently and she said she would. I have heard nothing</p> <p> </p> <p>What pathetic service!!! All promises and no action</p>
