Shocking service

Your service is absolutely appalling. I called the week before last and was told I will get an answer within 4 days. So here I am almost 2 weeks later and STILL NOTHING! I sent a message on Facebook, they asked my *** and then just stopped responding.

I would like to know how it's possible that my *** account is earning LESS interest every month when there is in fact more money than the previous month since nothing was withdrawn. This is the interest I earned and the rates for each month: July - 7.2% = R443.71 August - 7.2% = R430.88 September - 7.2%-7.45% = R421.96 How is it possible for interest to be LESS WHEN THERE IS MORE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT???
