Shocking Service

Do not open an account with Discovery Bank! you will never be able to close it! I have been trying to close my account for over 3 months. I've called them over 10 times sat on hold, every single time I get told they have escalated the matter and will close the account within 24H. Shocking service! How hard can it be to close an account?

If I wanted to open an account I'm sure it will be done the same day....?

My mother in law has the exact same experience trying to close her account.
