SHOCKING SERVICE
It has been months and months of communications with Discovery Bank Credit Card. I was told to email *** in March, I have still not heard anything from anyone. As I mentioned I am in New Zealand and can't get hold of anyone because of the time difference. Emailing is best. I still get statements from the company but no one has gotten back to me about sorting this account out. I have been out of the country for over 3 years now and will consider this matter as settled and will not be liable for any further payments if any. The service is shocking and waiting around is painful. Not great at all.
