Shocking experience all round !!!

Fantastic bank, too bad their bankers are useless, rude, ***** and their partnered courier company DSV are even worse. Never have i had such poor customer care, they do not are about their customers and they have no idea what they are doing in the first place, surely discoery should hire people that know something about the product ??
