SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN DISCOVERY!!!

I had a *****ulent transaction on my credit card, and called the ***** dept almost 3 weeks ago. They promised me an answer in 72 hours. I called them a week ago, and they promised me i would get feedback that day; i NEVER DID! 3 WEEKS LATER, and I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM DISCOVERY!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
