Shocking Call Centre Assistance

Shocking call centre assistance after engaging in an online transaction which I afterwards found out was a **** site. I got shunted from one department to the next and after almost two hours on the phone still no resolution to the problem. Waiting for over half an hour before the phone is answered is bad enough. The inability of the staff to assist is the cherry on the top. I'm so disappointed in a company that I have held in high regard for years - when I actually need your assistance urgently your absence is telling! Graeme ********** 957
