SHI##Y SERVICE

It's been 7 days already waiting for my debit card from DSV , only to call today and was told that DSV has been trying to contact me on a number i haven't used in ages . My question is why did i spend close to 2 hours opening the account and updating my personal details with you guys only for you to not give the courier company my updated details for card deliveries. Is this your way of treating your customers like trash , this relationship has two many red flags . I know i will wait another 7 damn days to get my card .
