Shell rewards cash back wrong
Ive fill my car with fuel on Friday 20 December 2024 at Shell Ultra City N4 Middelburg with the value of R1464. The swipe on the creditcard statement says Rinsa Uitkyk Middelburg. When I received my fuel back for this month now on the 9 Jan 2025 it is only for 255D miles. It does not seem you registered this transaction as shell fuel. I did try calling but after being put thru to 7 different people/teams I gave up

10 Jan 2025, 12:42Hi Nosisa, this was the first time using it as I was travelling long distance. I still remember that I had to pass a few other fuel stations until I got a shell. I even googled where it was as I knew at my 10% back it would be a substantial amount and worth the effort.
