SHAME ON Discovery bank do not acknowledge monthly payments or update credit reports and cancelled facility WHILE payments ARE STILL being made

Discovery do not return calls or respond to mails. Closed my account and sold to a 3rd party WHILE I WAS MAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS AS PER OUR ARRANGEMENT. They do not update mt credit report reflecting said payments and cancelled my facility without notice after assuring this would not be the case.
