<div>I feel like when it comes to banks discover bank is the worst when it comes to ***** cases. They never give u feedback when u call and when you request for a call back from the person incharge of your case they never call. My ***** case was lodged December and till today they will only say that the external bank hasn't responded. They dont take customer case seriously as when u call, you will hear them talking to each other and their response shows no eager of assistaning. My case is with Simphiwe but you will never get ahold of him and will wait for his call back till kingdom come.!</div>
