Service non existent!!!

So, from complaining on your hello peter page on the 13th at 15h59, today been the 18th, 5 days later, and you guys haven't even got back to me.

As you know i was ****med by one of your clients, sent youse the case number on here in the hopes of youse refunding me my money paid into one of your clients accounts, yet here we are 5 days later and you still haven't got back to me.

How does discovery bank allow ****mers and *****sters to bank with them? Such a massive institute, yet 5 days later and still no resolve to this issue?

Surely if someone opens a bank account you get all their Fica documents, addresses, business names etc???

So why is it that all this time you haven't got back to me, nor to my bank FNB, about a resolve or my money refunded in full to me?

Why when I phone your ***** department, speak to a lady and she says she will get back to me, this is more than a week ago. No call, no message, and still no reversal of funds from youse to me????

My must I come here again, in the hopes to get this money reversed from you, from this client of yours, then youse can deal with him.

Please refund me my money today guys.

If you require the proof once again, with the proof of payment into this guys account he provided, please phone me.

I need this money today, please, can discovery just come to the party and assist me in this urgent matter.
