Service frustration

Opened new Fixed Deposit account, eft'd the deposit, however the funds lay in the Vitality Savings account and were not allocated to the fd account. Discovery Bank then cancelled the new Fixed Deposit. they also sent numerous sms's stating the funds have not been deposited. Nobody bothered to call. I Called with extreme delays and electronically left a msg to call me back between 6-9 pm which did not occur. Your manager may contact me asap
