Service from Discovery Bank is non-existent and shocking to say the least..

I am beyond furious with Discovery Bank. They should rather stick to healthcare. As a bank their service is shocking. I have spent hours and hours with their call centre agents explaining about refunds made to my Old Credit card (which was migrated to Discovery Bank), but after 3 x months, still no response. I don't mind if a company make mistakes but just deliver on your promises to get back to me as your Vitality diamond client.

I even spoke to a manager in their ***** department who promised to come back to me the same day. I am still waiting. One of the agents in their ***** department promised that he will get their complaints department to phone me back the same day. Guess what, I am still waiting.
