For travel insurance claims, please contact our travel insurance partners using the number provided on the travel insurance documents.

You would have received your travel insurance documents when informing us that you will be travelling abroad, and authorising your card for international travel.

If you have not received these documents, you can contact us on the toll-free number (0800) 07 9697, or you can call us on the international number (+27) 11 ***.
