********** service from Discovery Bank

I closed my account at Discovery Black suite.When I eventually got hold of someone the lady said it will be closed in three days.There is still funds in my account and wanted to transfer to my Standard Bank account.That same day my accounts was frozen and couldn't do anything.It is more than seven days now and did not hear from anyone or anything.I had my doubts about Discovery before I opened my account with them but a good friend convinced me to move my accounts to them.I do not have any other products with them for obvious reasons and will never. My question to them is when will I have my funds transferred to my Standard Bank account.
