Seriously frustrating. Help!

I have been passed from pillar to post today! All I'm trying to query is why my EXERCISE points and DRIVE points are not showing as MILES on my Discovery Credit card? It's impossible to actually speak to someone without being 'transferred' or just cut off. Help!
