Seems like a waste of time

This is a bank for students or first time account holders. It's not possible to migrate without spending a few months worth of fees while trying to get your services set up after being mislead by consultants. As soon as you start requesting written reasoning for their decisions, you stop receiving feedback and won't receive reference numbers for calls. Absolute waste of time.
