Scheduled payment removed the reference
Good day, I created a schedule payment and it went off on the 1st of July but in the process it removed my reference to the service provider and they can't allocate my money to my account. Is it possible to reverse it and then I repay it manually?

Thank you for your patience.
This transaction is seen as an EFT, so we're unable to reverse the funds. If you know the beneficiary you paid, it’s best to contact them and ask them to pay the money back to you.
