SAVING ACCOUNT WHERE YOU LOSE MONEY!!!

In April 23' I opened an account and deposited R10000.00 all seemed well until I tried to deposit again..the deposit was returned on contacting the company I was told they needed proof of my address which I sent..they confirmed 24/48 hours..I once again tried to deposit it was returned On calling it was once again my address..explaining I had sent in proof using municipal account .I was told to go into my banking app check address .On doing this I find part of my address correct area wrong and my R10.000 is now R9600. i ASK FOR WHAT!!! I have tried to sort out from my side...I have other accounts and never experienced such difficulties in opening a saving account where you pay the bank
