Same old Discovery card - no Tap n Go feature in 2019

Received my new Discovery credit card today and annoyed to find it's still the old version of the card. No Tap and Go functionality - not even a Discovery Bank card.

In 5 years the card looks the same, no changes to design or features. Do I need to change banks to get the tap and go functionality? Your product teams need to catch up with the rest of the world. What have they been doing for the past 5 years?

Further, the FISCODE security peel which is supposed to reveal the pin - peels the page itself and no pin is revealed. About 5 years ago I had the same issue with my previous Discovery Card and lodged a complaint about that but to date they still haven't fixed this failure in their process.

I now need to go into a branch and have the pin given to me.
