Rudeness discovered

I had such a bad experience at the airport the other day. My daughter In law where travelling alone with het to children. 2 and 6 months old. We walked with her to the first check point. The attendee friendly showed us through the glass door and a friendly man from Discovery priority boarding told us we can stand at the glass door to see if she goes through the security check. She had the 2 kids and the hand luggage without any help. As soon as he turned around a very rude person at Discovery boarding ordered us to get away. (There was no body coming in at that time to board) She was so rude. Even after I told her the other employee gave us permission and we just want to see if our kids are safe She got more adamant and so rude. I'm so sorry that I didn't get her name. She became adamant, so we turned and left. It was so traumatic. I don't think I would ever forget this experience. Discovery must maybe just try to hand pick there attendees at the airport. This person had no patience or consideration.
