Rude consultant

I've been interested in changing banks to save extra money and I looked up information about Discovery bank over the weekend. This morning I received a phone call from one of their consultants and I was extremely annoyed by his abrupt and frankly rude manner . He was extremely rude when I told I was looking at other options as well and I just wanted some information. I do not know why people who work in banks feel they have the right to be rude and derogatory towards the public. This mornings phone call has made me change my mind about Discovery bank and I will not be giving them my business.
