Rude and *********** staff.

The staff are *********** and rude. After a year of trying to update my details so my medical aid can work normally, this *********** company had me waste hours on hold. Only after completely going of on one of the floor managers they were able to rub some of their braincells together and get it done.

I logged several complains about this useless administration logging call after call and when they finally got to calling me about the problem. They demanded information without identifying themselves and then hung up the phone on me when I asked them who they were. I then received an email telling me that I am not cooperating with them.
