Rigged competition

Hi there. I am posting on behalf of my wife. She was one of the winners on FACEBOOK for the #DriveNowTextLater competition. She was not given the prize bcz of reasons like...she won before with you, she have other account on twitter etc. She clearly won on FACEBOOK not twitter. I'm not sure who was running and picking the winners for this competition but the next week my wife noticed a discovery bank employee on the winners list. She did email Pumla to ask what's happening with her prize and why it was not given and also said about the person working for your company who won ....but received no reply. Numerous emails went out concerning her prize but till today no email was sent back. There were many winner with multiple profiles that we picked up and they still won and received their prize. Why was my wife left out and disqualified. This is unfair and *********. Can you please fix this and give my wife what she won.
