Ridiculous Interest Rates
<p>I called now to lower my credit card limit and my interest rate as Im paying a whopping 25% interest. I am a great payer and always pay more than I have to. I also have various other products with you. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was told the only way to negotiate this is to increase my credit limit - I have JUST decreased it to a more manageable amount. I am a loyal customer and this is a bad way to be treated. Please can someone call me or I would prefer to have everything at FNB where the rate for me is 19%. My brothers discoery is 20% - why is mine so high?</p>
